破損および問題
注文の受領時に商品を確認し、商品に欠陥がある場合や破損している場合、または間違った商品をお受け取りになった場合は早急にご連絡ください。問題を評価して適切に対処いたします。

商品のダメージのみ対応させていただきますので、こちらのメールアドレスへ破損またはダメージの写真を shakalohatv@gmail.comまでお問い合わせください。
※購入後のサイズ、色等の変更は致し兼ねますのでご了承ください。

欧州連合の14日間のクーリングオフ期間
上記にかかわらず、マーチャンダイズが欧州連合域内に発送されている場合、いかなる理由でも、正当な理由を示すことなく、14日以内に注文をキャンセルするか返品する権利があります。上記と同様ですが、商品は受け取ったときと同じ状態であり、未着用または未使用であり、タグが付いており、元のパッケージに入っている必要があります。レシートまたは購入した証拠も必要になります。

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

We only accept claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please email photos showing the defect or damage to shakalohatv@gmail.com.

Please note that we cannot accept size or color changes after purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
